Shipping & Return Policy

ORDERS IN PAKISTAN (SHIP TIME 4-5 DAYS)

All orders in Pakistan receive free shipping on orders over 3000 Rs, otherwise, shipping will be at a rate of 250 Rs per order. All orders received before 3 pm will be dispatched the same day. Our third-party shipping company will then take 4- 5 days for delivery. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your BeautyBee purchase, please return it for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, sealed and unused, with attached tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is returned damaged, opened, or used.

We will respond to your request within 3 business days.

Upon approval of your return, we will furnish you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

ORDER ISSUES

If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right!
